Our Guarantee

FactoryFade, LLC is dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If a product is found defective, we will either replace it or provide a refund after inspection. We guarantee our products and will address any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Our liability for defective products is limited to the original purchase price. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential expenses, including labor, related to the defective product.

Warranty

Our products are built for durability and cost-effectiveness. If a product is found defective, we will replace it or provide a refund after inspection. The warranty excludes damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Notice to Purchaser

The information on this site is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed. Our sole obligation is to replace any quantity of product proven to be defective. FactoryFade, LLC and its vendors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or inability to use the products.

Custom Banner Sales

All custom orders, including custom banner sales (blank or printed), are final and non-returnable. Proper installation is as important as the material and finishing style selected. Since we cannot control the banner's use or installation, we only offer the material manufacturer's warranty, which is limited to the material cost. Always pre-test for graphics adhesion before use. Customers are responsible for determining the product's suitability for its intended use. Our sole obligation is to replace any product proven defective.

Return Policy

We back our products and will address any proven defects in materials and workmanship. Notify us of damaged orders or discrepancies within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of notifying FactoryFade, LLC. All returns will be inspected and may incur a restocking fee. Custom products are non-returnable.

Shipping

We typically ship via UPS. Overnight and two-day delivery options are available. Customers can also arrange to pick up orders at our warehouse. Freight costs are the customer's responsibility and will be added to the invoice total.
