Shipping Policy – Factory Fade

Local Pick-Up:
Local pick-up is available for customers in the Rochester, NY area. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready. Pick-up hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the address below:

Domestic Shipping:
Factory Fade ships all domestic orders via UPS and USPS. Available shipping methods include:

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS 3-Day Select

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday.

Please Note:
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please select USPS at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

International Orders:
All international orders ship via USPS International First Class or USPS International Priority Mail. Estimated shipping time is 5–10 business days, but delivery times may vary due to international customs procedures. Please allow additional time for delivery if necessary.
